Amsterdam - Seoul

I arrived in Seoul when it was already getting dark. On my way there, I flew with Korean Air.

I was only able to select a middle seat during checkin, but the window seat stayed empty, so I had a good amount of space 😇

Korean Air seems great, though pricey. If I go again, I'd likely just get an all-KLM return, or one of the Chinese airlines with a layover for a third of the price.

Takeoff was around 22:15. Dinner service was around midnight… not ideal in my opinion! I skipped it.

In the morning we flew over the Gobi desert and Inner Mongolia before touching down at Incheon.

I want to visit Ganghwa, so I might get to see more of the western mudflats!

From Incheon, there's several options to get to Seoul: bus, subway, express train. The express train doesn't have any intermediate stops and takes about 45 minutes for 10€. It's not super frequent but it's the best option, I think.
